Simple plugin, here are some command explanations:

/money - displays your balance.
/money top - displays the 5 richest people.
/money top 20 - displays the 20 richest people.
/money pay User Amount - pays the specified user the specified amount.

I have never used iCconomy before. Is it self adjusting based on supply and demand or is it static pricing?

EDIT:

I tried to Google info on the plugin to see if I could find this answer out for myself since the iConomy plugin post has very little description on it. I used "minecraft iConomy" as a search term and ended up hitting an article and taking an interesting side trip.

One thing to note if you do go and read this, it is a fictional church and those posting the word of god on it are providing a rather cynical satire (proof here. scroll to the bottom). Note how those with logical well-formulated arguments are banned and labeled as enemies of God.


Anyway, I was not able to find what I was initially looking for. Awaiting your answer. Very Happy

It is static pricing, although hopefully we will see demand for certain item's through player owned shops and the trading area on the forums, this will make it easier for us to manually adjust prices.

I don't know if this is a stupid question or not, but if we spend money on things which have no discernible owner (starting a faction for example), what happens to the funds? Do they just disappear, do they go into a central system thing, or do you admins have a little things going where some money "accidently ends up in your balance? Wink

This question inevitably had to come up, I will make a list of where money is going in/out of at some point in the next few days. Faction start up money will go towards the 'City Faction' which we are hoping to transform in to a sort of 'police' faction, more detail on that will come later when we've got all of the loop holes ironed out. For the minute it will just go into a fund.
